Job summary

DBS Group Research is seeking a self-driven analyst to support multi-sector equity research across Asia-Pacific markets. You will work closely with senior analysts to build financial models, assess company and sector dynamics, and produce institutional-grade research notes and decks.

The role emphasizes hands-on modelling, data analysis, and integrating AI-augmented workflows to enhance research productivity and quality. Strong communication and regional market awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or related field.
• CFA or equivalent qualification preferred; progress welcomed.
• Experience in equity research, investment banking, asset management, or related analytical roles welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Support senior analysts in producing company and sector research notes, initiation reports, and thematic pieces across assigned coverage.
• Build and maintain financial models (DCF, comps, SOTP) and earnings forecasts for covered companies.
• Track quarterly results, announcements, and sector news; flag material developments.
• Conduct due diligence including channel checks, site visits, and management engagement.
