Job description

We are delighted to partner with a global Tech firm in their search for a Regional Employee Relations Manager. This is a great opportunity for experienced Employee Relations experts looking for a fast paced and dynamic work environment.

As a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, you will:

  • Provide expert consultation and coaching to employees and managers on complex performance management, conflict resolution, investigations, and sensitive exits.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Legal Counsel, and internal stakeholders to shape and uphold HR compliance policies.
  • Lead and document investigations, assess risk, and recommend solutions.
  • Drive proactive risk management through data analysis and trend identification.
  • Facilitate workshops and enablement sessions to empower managers in handling employee relations effectively.
  • Contribute to regional and global projects that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in Employee Relations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority ER cases with consistency and discretion.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • High integrity, autonomy, and a proactive mindset.
  • Degree in a relevant field; legal background is a plus.
  • Mandarin language skills desirable
