Job summary

Achieve Career Consultant Pte Ltd is seeking a data analytics professional to join a regional APAC team. You will collect, analyse, and interpret complex data sets to drive business decisions and deliver best-in-class consumer experiences across APAC.

As an independent contributor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage dashboards, and provide actionable insights. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with web analytics tools, and proficiency in Excel and Power

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in eCommerce/Digital analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years working experience in data analytics.
• Strong understanding of data mining, analysis and data visualisation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with eCommerce platforms, web analytics, UX-UI tools (GA, Mouseflow); proficient in Excel/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Data Collation and Analysis: design data collection methodologies and collate data from multiple sources.
• Conduct detailed data analysis using techniques, mining and visualization to extract insights and trends.
• Reporting and Visualisation: create dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Present findings to internal teams and senior management concisely.
• Continuously refine reporting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Business Insights and Strategy: collaborate with stakeholders to understand analytical needs.
• Translate data into actionable insights and create data visualizations.
• Plan digital marketing KPIs, reporting and collaborate on brand health insights with APAC teams.
• Manage agency relationships to ensure timely data and reports.
