Qualifications

• Extensive experience in programme management within a large, complex organisation.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams across countries.
• Strong track record of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to bring structure to programmes where scope or ownership is unclear.
• Experience developing integrated programme plans and managing milestones, dependencies, risks and issues.
• Strong executive communication and management-reporting capability.
• Experience driving delivery through stakeholders where role has no direct authority.
• Ability to operate across business and technology organisations.
• Experience managing external consultants or delivery partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution across a portfolio of regional Data Governance initiatives.
• Translate strategic objectives into delivery plans with milestones and ownership.
• Establish programme plans, RAID logs, decision logs and governance reporting.
• Track delivery and manage risks, dependencies and issues.
• Coordinate interdependent workstreams and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Prepare concise executive updates for governance forums.
• Drive escalation and resolve blockers with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-country execution across APAC branches.
• Define operating model and delivery disciplines for the team.
