Job summary

Lumilens Inc. is seeking a Director / Sr Director, Controlling based in Singapore. This senior leadership role involves overseeing the controllership function across APAC, responsible for group consolidation, statutory reporting, and leading the audit cycle.

The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in finance and controllership, along with strong technical accounting skills in IFRS and US GAAP. The position offers a competitive compensation and the chance to work in a fast-scaling deep-tech manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with statutory reporting, audit management, and multi-entity consolidation.
• Hands-on SOX experience spanning design, documentation, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Own group consolidation, monthly close, and management reporting across all entities.
• Lead SOX program design, documentation, and execution for US listing readiness.
• Manage external auditor relationships and lead the audit cycle.

Skills

CPA (Local CA, US CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)

10–15 years of progressive finance and controllership experience

Mandarin language proficiency

Strong technical accounting expertise across IFRS and US GAAP
