Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business, finance, economics or STEM-related disciplines.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in commodity OTC derivatives, futures, spot sales, trading, or business development.
• Familiarity with commodity markets and OTC derivatives trading structures.
• Singapore work authorisation preferred (Citizen or PR).
• Outgoing personality with strong communication and collaborative culture.
• Excellent English and Mandarin communication (written and verbal) for Chinese and international clients.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for client development, relationship management, and trade execution in commodity OTC derivatives across Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region.
• Provide clients with TRS, QIS, OTC options, and other derivatives trading solutions, as well as structured product design.
• Originate ISDA and other agreements negotiations, and manage client account opening processes.
• Collaborate with macro and industry research teams to conduct product analysis and deliver roadshow presentations.
• Drive the launch and development of new products in Singapore.
• Execute trades on client side across commodities assets and coordinate with trading, risk, compliance, and operations teams for full-cycle execution.
