Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a commercially minded legal professional to join our regional team. You will partner with commercial, marketing, loyalty, partnerships, and technology stakeholders across Asia Pacific to provide practical legal guidance that supports business objectives.

You will draft and negotiate commercial agreements, monitor regulatory developments, and help drive improvements in contracting processes and governance.

Qualifications

• 5 years PQE in commercial law with contracts, marketing, partnerships, or technology.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
• Experience across multiple jurisdictions in a regional setting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial, marketing, loyalty, partnerships, and technology teams across APAC.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements across markets.
• Provide local market legal guidance for regional and global initiatives.
• Monitor regulatory developments and identify emerging risks.
• Drive improvements in legal operations and contracting processes.
