Qualifications

• 10+ years in Medical Device Clinical Affairs with 3+ years in people leadership.
• Proven record running regional APAC clinical programmes and translating strategy to delivery.
• Strong knowledge of APAC regulatory environments for China and Japan.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior Clinical Affairs leader for APAC and represent regional priorities to global leadership.
• Lead execution of regional clinical studies across sites, start-up, enrolment, monitoring and data quality.
• Ensure clinical evidence supports regulatory approvals, market access, and commercial readiness.
• Partner with Regulatory, Quality, Commercial and Marketing to align evidence strategy with regional priorities.
• Lead APAC governance, budgeting, portfolio risk and regional clinical teams.
