AppleCare Channel Programs provides support to Apple’s Service Channel. We work with cross-functional stakeholders including AppleCare Engineering, Finance, Trade, Materials, and Field Service Channel Managers to develop and deploy extraordinary service solutions for active products.
We are currently looking for an AppleCare Program Manager. You will drive how AppleCare channel partners across Apple Authorised Service Providers, Apple Retail Stores, Independent Repair Providers, iPhone Carriers, and others provide a high level of service to customers when service strategies are being introduced or updated. Are you an experienced program manager who is passionate about the intersection of technology and customer experience?
You must have the business acumen to understand the factors influencing our business, including market trends and customer needs. A strong communicator in relaying the goals and objectives of the programs you are responsible for, often charting new grounds and mapping out new processes and business cases.
