Job summary

Global Payment Holding Company seeks a CDD Advisory Analyst to join the Enterprise Customer Due Diligence team. You will own first-line risk accountability, provide expert CDD guidance, and translate regulatory changes into actionable operations for clients in a global payments environment.

You will collaborate across functions, adapt to evolving regulations, and support AI-enabled risk monitoring while ensuring governance and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in regulatory compliance and operational roles with a strong focus on financial crime prevention.
• Experience in first line advisory, providing guidance on financial crime matters, interpreting policies, and ensuring compliance.
• Experience conducting impact assessments and translating regulatory changes into operational and client-level outcomes.
• Understanding of technology and AI applications in financial crime, including risks and governance.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a First Line of Defence (1LoD) role, proactively identifying, assessing, managing, and escalating CDD and financial crime risks.
• Provide expert CDD advisory & risk insight to deliver clear guidance and ensure policy application.
• Assess and translate regulatory impact, turning changes into operational requirements and client-level impacts.
• Strengthen controls and resolve issues by monitoring processes and supporting remediation efforts.
• Drive innovation & AI enablement while managing governance risks like model bias and explainability.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and communicate risks and strategies to senior stakeholders.
• Provide clear guidance on network rules and regulatory requirements.
• Other related duties as needed.
