Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Builder Community Manager to cultivate AI developer ecosystems across APJ, with a preference for Singapore-based candidates. You will be the face of Nebius in your region, building relationships with developers, founders, and partners.

You will lead activation, events, and programs, turning meetups into scalable campaigns and feeding insights back to product and GTM. This role demands hands-on execution and strong community leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in community, developer marketing, events, or ecosystem roles.
• Strong understanding of developer audiences (AI/ML, infra, or adjacent preferred).
• Proven experience running ambassador and/or grassroots programs.
• Highly execution-driven: from idea to event to results quickly.
• Strong local network or ability to build one fast.

Responsibilities

• Build and activate local developer ecosystems across APJ.
• Plan and execute meetups, workshops, hackathons, and events.
• Engage communities online (Discord, Slack, Telegram, etc.).
• Turn participants into repeat contributors and advocates.
• Develop playbooks for regional deployment and scalable programs.
