Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery seeks a seasoned Manager, Service Delivery to lead the strategic management of broadcast service providers and the delivery of new initiatives across the APAC region.

You will own contractual and transformation activities, negotiate contracts, and manage the full RFI/RFP lifecycle for technical solutions. You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Procurement and Legal to ensure services meet business goals, on time and within budget, driving value across the supplier

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder-management across technical, commercial and executive audiences.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven contract negotiation and supplier-management experience.
• Established relationships with broadcast/ media/ telecom service providers in APAC or ability to build them quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own regional broadcast service provider relationships—playout, IP distribution, and media services.
• Lead service-performance governance: SLAs, KPIs, MBRs and improvement plans.
• Lead commercial negotiations for new contracts, renewals and change requests.
• Coordinate RFI/RFP processes from requirements through award.
• Define vendor evaluation frameworks and run cross-functional scoring.
• Drive end-to-end transition-to-BAU hand-offs to delivery teams.
