SMART IMS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Axiom Developer to design and execute Regulatory Reporting, Liquidity and Capital Reporting solutions for APAC jurisdictions.

You will drive engineering productivity, enforce governance frameworks, and deliver high‑quality data and reports used for regulatory reporting. The role emphasizes collaboration with technology managers, platform owners, and engineering teams to remove bottlenecks, optimize batch performance, and provide L3 production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 10+ years of experience with Axiom Controller View for regulatory, liquidity and capital reporting.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, CI/CD, software engineering and data management.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on best design/implementation practices for Axiom solutions and CI/CD.
• Collaborate with technology managers and platform owners to remove delivery bottlenecks.
• Monitor, analyze and fine-tune reporting batch performance metrics.
• Offer L3 production support and ensure governance standards are followed.

Position Summary

Axiom Developer to drive the design and execution ofRegulatory Reporting solutions, Liquidity and Capital Reporting solutions forAPAC Jurisdictions. This role is accountable for improving engineeringproductivity of the Axiom dev team, enforcing governance frameworks, deliveringquality data and reports used for regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Provide guidance to the team on best practices in design and implementation of Axiom solutions, SDLC standards, Agile methodologies, CI/CD automation, and modern engineering principles.
• Partner with technology managers, engineering teams, and platform owners to identify and eliminate delivery bottlenecks.
• Monitor, analyze, and fine tune reporting batch performance metrics.
• L3 Support for Production issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Banking and Finance or related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in Axiom Controller View platform, solution implementation, and delivery for regulatory, liquidity and capital reporting
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, CI/CD, software engineering, and data management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
