Job summary

SMART INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED seeks an experienced Axiom Developer to drive design and execution of regulatory reporting, liquidity and capital reporting solutions for APAC jurisdictions. You will improve engineering productivity, enforce governance, and deliver quality data and reports.

Responsibilities include guiding best practices in Axiom design, SDLC, Agile, CI/CD automation, collaborating with technology managers and platform owners to remove bottlenecks, and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Axiom CV platform, solution implementation, and delivery for regulatory, liquidity and capital reporting.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, CI/CD, software engineering, and data management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to the team on best practices in design and implementation of Axiom solutions, SDLC standards, Agile methodologies, CI/CD automation, and modern engineering principles.
• Partner with technology managers, engineering teams, and platform owners to identify and eliminate delivery bottlenecks.
• Monitor, analyze, and fine tune reporting batch performance metrics.
• L3 Support for Production issues

Job description

Position Summary

Axiom Developer to drive the design and execution of Regulatory Reporting solutions, Liquidity and Capital Reporting solutions for APAC Jurisdictions. This role is accountable for improving engineering productivity of the Axiom dev team, enforcing governance frameworks, delivering quality data and reports used for regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Provide guidance to the team on best practices in design and implementation of Axiom solutions, SDLC standards, Agile methodologies, CI/CD automation, and modern engineering principles.
• Partner with technology managers, engineering teams, and platform owners to identify and eliminate delivery bottlenecks.

Requirements
