Job summary

Vita Coco is seeking an Aseptic Packaging Operations Specialist to provide technical support and consultancy across the co-manufacturing network in the APAC region. You will help implement manufacturing excellence, develop and lead maintenance systems, and drive continuous improvement in packaging operations.

The role involves collaboration with co-manufacturing partners, QA teams, and project leadership to deliver cost-effective, high-quality beverage products across markets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical and operation experience on Tetra Pak aseptic fillers.
• Familiar with factory processes and constraints in low acid aseptic beverage production.
• Experience with HACCP and GMP.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work in a multi-disciplinary, cross-cultural team.
• Willingness to travel around the region (≈50%).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to optimize quality, productivity and costs in our packaging operations.
• Assist in building aseptic packaging operations expertise throughout the supplier network.
• Coordinate with co-manufacturing partners on new packaging launches and product commercialization.
• Conduct audits of co-manufacturing facilities and follow up on actions.
• Lead projects involving new plant installations and continuous improvement opportunities.
