Description and Requirements

Job Description

Build and execute the Asia Pacific ISV strategy for Workstation products (Autodesk, Adobe, Ansys, Dassault, SolidWorks, Siemens, PTC).

Ideally, workstation business development expertise in both Desktop and Mobile with a strong understanding of the Go To Market (Direct and Indirect).

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Build and nurture relationships with major ISVs for the Workstation business.
  • Engage ISVs to enable sales through certification, trade marketing programs, support on key customers, and large deals.
  • Ensure Lenovo WS mindshare within target leading ISVs.
  • Work closely with the WS BDM at the local level to communicate and implement the ISV strategy and ensure timely execution.
  • Define KPIs and monitor the ROI of marketing campaigns with ISVs.
  • Be a trusted advisor to customers and participate in pitches showing why Lenovo Workstation is the best fit within leading ISVs.
  • Collaborate with regional sales/segment leaders to optimize routes to market for the Workstation business.

Position Requirements

  • At least 12+ years of experience in a business development role within the IT industry.
  • Proven track record in IT sales, ideally focusing on Workstation or value-added selling in a hardware environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and commitment to achieving goals.
  • Experience in building and executing business development plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
