Job description

Provide guidance and support to Division Marketing Managers and the Sales company organization, ensuring the timely and well-coordinated execution of the Win Strategy and Group’s Strategy Deployment in the Asia Pacific region. Additionally, to consolidate and coordinate Group’s Marketing and promotional activities to ensure that the Group’s strategic direction is consistently reinforced and advanced.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and support Divisions in developing marketing and profitable/sustainable growth strategies, ensuring their implementation with the Sales companies organization.
  • Develop and execute an AP Marketing and Business Development strategy that is aligned with Group’s goals.
  • Actively participate in development and execution of Group’s platform strategy, and coordinate its implementation across AP Divisions.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to FCG-AP platform BDMs (direct report) and to develop new business and opportunities.
  • As an integral part of FCG AP management team, contribute to strategy development, enhancement, and implementation.
  • Coordinate Group Marketing activities (promotional material, advertising, exhibitions, divisional marketing coordination).
  • Lead and execute AP eBusiness plan.
  • Propose and recommend strategic partners in the region.
  • Continuously gather market intelligence on competitors’ activities (product development, sales strategies, potential divestitures).
  • Actively seek to expand sales into existing/new markets.
  • Work closely with Group and Sales Company’s pricing managers to ensure pricing program objectives are constantly achieved.
