Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to manage day-to-day transactions, invoices, and vendor accounts. The ideal candidate will hold a diploma in Accountancy or Finance and have 2-3 years of relevant experience.

This role requires strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. A contract period of 1-2 years is offered with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6 pm. The salary is up to $2,800 plus a performance bonus.

Job Description

• Perform day‑to‑day Accounts Payable transactions including verifying and recording data.
• Process AP invoices and claims in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure all transactions are recorded timely and accurately in Workday.
• Manage vendors – creation and verification.
• Perform month‑end and financial year‑end closing activities.
• Handle ad‑hoc matters assigned by management.
• Execute general administrative duties.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy or Finance / LCCI higher Accounting / CAT.
• At least 2 to 3 years of finance experience, preferably in Accounts Payable.
• Past experience in government ministries and statutory boards considered favourable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• High level of initiative and a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Meticulous, detail‑oriented and organised.
• Independent, resourceful, team player, results‑driven and customer‑focused.
• Tech‑savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience in using SAP/Workday is an added advantage.
