The Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and deliver the program in accordance with the organization's policies, guidelines, and framework.
• Record children’s progress and address their educational and developmental needs individually.
• Attend to parents' feedback and collaborate with them to ensure the well-being of the children.
• Maintain the classroom's teaching resources, arrangement, appearance, decorations, and learning environment.

What it Takes:

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Level 2 in Tamil Language (LON)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a childcare setting
• Passion to serve and a child-first attitude
