Job description

Work with AOI Process Engineers to support, coordinate and follow up on all manufacturing / process related activities

Support AOI Process Engineers in monitoring line performance / quality / yield

Monitor abnormal lots on daily basis

Support the Process Engineers on material and process qualification / evaluation activities

Ensure that the line complies in all the quality procedures / controls / system implemented by Process Engineers

Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by supervisor from time to time

Support new product introduction / device and package qualification builds.

Requirement :

• At least a Diploma in Electronics ,Electrical ,Mechanical Engineering or related
• At least 2 years working experience in Semicon Process
• Able to work 12 hour rotating Shift
• Good Team player
