MAXHUNT RESOURCE PTE. LTD. seeks personnel for an Animal Research Facility (ARF) at LKCMedicine in Singapore.

The role focuses on handling cages, bedding, waste and PPE, with daily duties including cleaning, assembly and basic repairs. The position requires reliability and adherence to safety procedures. The contract runs for 1 year and follows standard office hours, with a 4-day work week excluding public holidays.

Formación

• Able to perform laborious duties and carry heavy items.
• Be able to carry out the assigned duties according to the required working schedule.
• Follow the relevant workplace procedures, safety requirements and instructions.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness within the designated areas.
• Be responsible and punctual in reporting for work.
• Work cooperatively with the ARF team and other relevant personnel.
• Ensure that all assigned duties are carried out properly and in a timely manner.

Responsabilidades

• Dismantling of soiled cage components.
• Scrapping of soiled bedding via the bedding disposal station.
• Washing of dirty cage components by operating the cage/bottle washer.
• Filling up clean cages with bedding.
• Assembly of cages and preparation of trolley for autoclaving.
• Simple repair of cage components.
• Assembly of cage rack.
• Assistance with topping up Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and laundry, including collection, topping up and disposal.
• Preparation of disinfectants.
• Sending waste bags down to LKCMedicine Clinical Sciences Building (CSB) B1 for disposal.
• Housekeeping at both clean and dirty areas.
• General maintenance and upkeep of the facility corridors and common areas.
• Replacement personnel requirement: The vendor shall send replacement personnel if the scheduled worker fails to turn up for work.
