About the opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Android Engineer to join our team and support our growing regional Product team in Singapore as part of an international group of talented professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert within your vertical, involved in the full SDLC—including development, design, testing, deployment, and release.
• Serve as the product owner within your vertical, driving improvements and performing maintenance as needed.
• Participate in architectural decision-making.
• Ensure code quality through reviews that adhere to development standards.
• Collaborate actively with Product Management to maximize value for stakeholders and customers.

What you need to be successful

• 4-6 years of experience in mobile software development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong command of English, with clear communication skills.
• Hands-on experience coding in Kotlin.
• Experience with high-performance testing.
• Proficiency in architecture and design patterns (e.g., SOLID, MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• Understanding scalability challenges and experience building high-performance applications handling thousands to millions of users.
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines.
• Full SDLC experience, including development, design, testing, deployment, and release.
• Mentoring or team management experience is advantageous.
