About the role / Some of the things we’d like you to do:
  1. Lead the Analytics team and coordinate with stakeholders on analytics agendas impacting campaigns, measurement frameworks, and campaign optimization.
  2. Conduct thorough data analysis using various tools and software within MFG to generate insights and recommendations aligned with client needs.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across disciplines and countries to understand client objectives, offering PoV and expertise in data and analytics, and identify opportunities for advanced analytics solutions.
  4. Develop strategic recommendations based on insights and support the delivery of client reports.
  5. Continuously improve project performance and processes by collaborating to develop new tools and solutions.
About yourself / Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a related quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, Computer Science).
  2. 5-7 years of relevant experience in data analysis; digital media experience preferred.
  3. Strong knowledge of measurement solutions and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, Python, Tableau). Excel and SQL are non-negotiable, especially for experiments measurement.
  4. Proficiency in statistical principles and their application to work tasks.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex data sets.
  6. Strong communication skills to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects effectively.
  8. Passion for continuous learning and industry trend awareness in analytics.
