About the Role
We're looking for a Analytics Engineer to join the WWSE Growth & Excellence team. In this global role, you’ll streamline operational workflows through data automation and intelligent process design. You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and Data Engineering to drive better visibility into how technical product experiences contribute to pipeline movement and revenue generation.
What You’ll Do
- Build dashboards for global audiences (powered by Snowflake) to surface insights for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Sales Briefings (QSRs).
- Visualize key metrics such as usage trends, engagement levels, and conversion rates.
- Maintain and scale the Customer Win Dashboard
- Integrate a consultative selling value library into Pure Realize and SFDC.
- Analyze the impact of Test Drive activities on opportunity outcomes, including correlation with closed-won deals.
- Identify and resolve data integrity issues between Test Drive systems and Salesforce, ensuring accurate mapping of activities to opportunities.
- Develop solutions to reconcile opportunity misalignment scenarios between SFDC and Test Drive (e.g., closed and reopened deals).
- Automate the manual voucher generation process for Test Drives, reducing time and error-prone tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Python or API-based automations to streamline internal operations
- Connect and clean data from disparate sources (Snowflake, Salesforce, Test Drive)
- Build dashboards to support QBRs and executive briefings with actionable insights
- Solve misalignment between Test Drive activity and opportunity attribution in Salesforce
- Support data governance and accuracy across analytics workflows

- tools).
- Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a passion for improving efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborative team player who can work across functions to drive results.
- Experience with Salesforce and sales operations workflows is a plus.
