Who you will work with

This role is based out of the Visualizations CoE Transformation & Change team, which is part of the broader Data & Tech cluster at BCN. We work closely with global Bain case teams, product teams, and end-clients providing data analytics and business intelligence support using advanced tools such as PowerBI, SQL, Python, Azure, AWS, Tableau, Alteryx, etc. The Custom Reporting team develops highly functional custom PowerBI reports for the ARC tool—Bain's transformation management platform—to help clients track progress on workstreams.

What you'll do

1. Collaborate with Bain teams as an expert in tools like PowerBI, PowerAutomate, SQL, Alteryx, and Python to design impactful business intelligence tools and dashboards.
2. Gain understanding of the ARC tool and its data fields.
3. Work closely with case teams, clients, and the ARC Customer Success team to gather requirements, develop proof of concepts, and plan deliverables.
4. Handle end-to-end data processes: gathering requirements, data cleaning, processing, visualization, and deployment.
5. Create data flows with SQL and develop dashboards in PowerBI to support KPI analysis and dashboards.
6. Design, develop, and deploy PowerBI dashboards with complex data models and optimized DAX formulas.
7. Automate workflows using Power Automate to integrate applications and data sources.
8. Address complex visualization and analysis challenges, providing thought leadership.
9. Participate in team discussions, communicate insights, and relay implications effectively.

About you

Candidate should be a graduate from a top-tier college with strong academic records and at least 1 year of relevant experience in Data Management, Business Intelligence, or Business Analytics. A background in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Econometrics, Business Analytics, or Market Research is preferred. Experience in Power BI, SQL, and data visualization is essential. Additional skills in Power Apps, Alteryx, Python, and data warehousing are a plus.
