A leading apparel company in Singapore is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support decision-making through data analysis and vendor performance tracking. ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, supporting leadership and team with the tools, data, and visibility needed to drive decision-making and accelerate key initiatives and plays a pivotal role in delivering priorities by tracking critical projects, optimizing vendor operational efficiency, visualizing performance data, and ensuring execution of strategic programs across the region. The analyst helps connect planning to execution, making sure work is progressing, data is clear, and results are delivered.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE :

You will work directly with the VOE Director and Senior Manager to assist in:
Analyzing vendor performance metrics and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Diagnosing cost drivers, assist in designing tailored solutions, and driving implementation across complex environments to spearhead initiatives that improve factory overhead performance across VF’s global vendor base.
Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to monitor onprogress.
Tracking the effectiveness of implemented changes and provide post-implementation analysis.
Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems.
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU :
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
*Years of related professional experience:*
1-2 years in supply chain, strategic analytics, or related fields.
*Educational position requirements:*
Professional Experience: 1-2 years in supply chain, strategic analytics, or related fields.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
*What we expect you already know:*
Strong communication skills, with experience influencing stakeholders and delivering compelling presentations.
Good business acumen with an understanding of global trends impacting sourcing and supply chain strategies.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Power Query) to inform and communicate sourcing decisions.
Ability to work collaboratively and build high-performing relationships with stakeholders.
A growth mindset with a passion for driving positive change and fostering curiosity across teams.
Knowledge of apparel/footwear/equipment development processes and experience is a plus.
Proficiency with data and document automation toolssuch as KNIME, Alteryx is a plus
