We are recruiting for an Analyst to join our Tenant Representation Team who will be working closely with the Head of Department and Office Services team to support the clients’ needs as well as business development and inter-department revenue opportunities. This is also a rare opportunity for young graduates to represent Colliers International brand in a professional and ethically sound manner and help to build Colliers brand name in the market.


Job Description

• Develop new business opportunities throughout the market for Tenant Advisory services

• Ensure individual revenue targets are met

• To identify Tenants within the marketplace that have the propensity to relocate and identify the various pull and push points that drive relocations

• Attend client and industry events to interact with clients and gain market knowledge

• Assist in compiling and implementing the division’s strategic plan and marketing strategy

• Negotiate leasing agreements and lease documents

• Monitor and maintain client and sales databases


Qualifications

Candidates graduating or newly graduated with a degree in Real Estate Management are welcome to apply.

  • Exceptional organisation skills and an ability to deal with several projects concurrently while successfully working to deadlines.
