What The Role Is

You conduct deep research and provide timely and accurate reports on defence-related developments in identified countries-of-interest in the Asia-Pacific region, as well as assist in developing plans to enhance bilateral military relations.

What You Will Be Working On

• Conduct defence-related research and analysis
• Monitor, analyse and identify changes in defence policies and priorities of countries-of-interest and their defence collaborations
• Produce and present findings to military leaders and relevant stakeholders
• Develop plans to enhance bilateral military relations
• Track defence collaborations and security developments

What We Are Looking For

• Education in International Relations, Political Science, Security Studies, Southeast Asian Studies, History or related field
• Defence/security-related research experience is preferred
• Good command of English language and strong writing skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
