Responsibilities:
Assist in research on market trends, property valuations, financial performance of assets
Assist in the preparation of project evaluation such as financial modelling and relevant due diligence
Assist in the preparation of respective financial analysis, market study and Board papers
Conduct financial modelling for asset-level and portfolio-level projects
Assist with on-going performance monitoring and regular reporting or updates for an existing portfolio
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as property managers, consultants
Requirements:
Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related discipline
1 to 3 years of relevant experience
CFA qualification and real estate background is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or other modelling tools
Self-motivated, well-organized, and a collaborative team player
