Analyst / Senior Analyst (Real Estate)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in research on market trends, property valuations, financial performance of assets

• Assist in the preparation of project evaluation such as financial modelling and relevant due diligence

• Assist in the preparation of respective financial analysis, market study and Board papers

• Conduct financial modelling for asset-level and portfolio-level projects

• Assist with on-going performance monitoring and regular reporting or updates for an existing portfolio

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as property managers, consultants

Requirements:

• Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related discipline

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience

• CFA qualification and real estate background is an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or other modelling tools

• Self-motivated, well-organized, and a collaborative team player
