Job summary

A leading investment banking firm located in Singapore is seeking a Human Resources professional to manage the recruitment and on-boarding process. This role requires at least 2 years of HR experience, strong proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of Singapore Employment Law. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, driven, and a team player. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or any other relevant discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources with a keen interest to be exposed to the different functions of HR.
  • Proficient in MS office applications (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Law and other labour legislation.
  • Collaborative and capable of maintaining good relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Hands-on, driven with good initiative and a good team player.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process and ensure effective execution of all recruitment activities
  • Manage the on-boarding process for new employees and ensure good customer experience
  • Work closely with business leaders to understand recruitment needs and resource management
  • Provide data and analysis on market data and benchmarking
  • Adhere to local regulatory requirements as part of hiring process in relation to Fair Consideration Framework and manage all work pass applications and renewals

The Successful Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or any other relevant discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources with a keen interest to be exposed to the different functions of HR
  • Proficient in MS office applications (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Law and other labour legislation
  • An individual who is collaborative and capable of maintaining good relationships with internal stakeholders of different business units and different levels of the organization
  • An individual who is hands-on, driven with good initiative and a good team player
