About the job

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with the finance heads across countries, focusing on consolidation, analytical reviews, and commentary at the SEA level. Responsibilities include seeking explanations for deviations, monitoring KPIs, and developing a controllership organization. The role also includes creating templates for budgets, understanding reporting systems, proposing uniformity, and taking a lead in ongoing projects. This position is proactive, emphasizing leadership in ongoing projects, identification of reporting gaps, and the initiation of improvement projects thus the ideal candidate is one who enjoys working in a dynamic fast-paced environment, logical and enjoys improving processes.

Skills and experience required

A recognised degree in accounting or ACCA or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant experience ideally coming from consumer related MNCs. Candidates with past experience in Big4 audit would be highly advantageous.
