  • Manage support requests on Salesforce.com (SFDC) and ensure timely resolution.
  • Independently manage special projects, such as the Opportunity Prospecting Tool.

Responsibilities

Customer-Specific Power BI Dashboards

  • Support the production, maintenance, and access of tailored Power BI dashboards for our customers.
  • Actively engage in customer dashboard projects, contributing to various tasks and activities.
  • Analyze business and supply chain insights derived from customer dashboards and present findings in PowerPoint presentations.
  • Track project pipelines and organize developed materials in a structured repository.
  • Ensure centralized access to dashboards in our main repository.

Power BI Reporting & Excel Tool Development (Sales & Account Management)

  • Design and maintain high-quality Power BI dashboards and reports for the APAC Growth Team, aligned with Business Requirement Specifications (BRS).
  • Create advanced Excel tools, such as the Growth Excellence Club nomination scoring model.

Salesforce.com Administration Support

  • Manage support requests on Salesforce.com (SFDC) and ensure timely resolution.
  • Oversee user creation and regional license management for Salesforce.com.
  • Conduct simple functionality enhancements in SFDC, including dashboards and reports.
  • Regularly update relevant dashboards according to the established schedule.

Ad-Hoc Projects and Departmental Support

  • Identify and suggest target customers using the OPT tool for various countries.
  • Conduct location research for the Growth Excellence Club.
  • Organize and facilitate training sessions.

Growth Team Portal Management on SharePoint

  • Perform regular reviews and updates of content on the SharePoint page.
  • Manage user access, including additions, deletions, and tagging.

Special Projects

  • Independently manage special projects, such as the Opportunity Prospecting Tool.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year in sales or sales support roles.
