This position is remote, based in Bangalore, India, with a hybrid working model to support work/life balance, in accordance with Astellas Responsible Flexibility Guidelines.

Purpose

This role is critical in supporting the development and maintenance of analytics dashboards and solutions via the Qlik platform for Astellas trial portfolio. It ensures application continuity, understanding, and timely data utilization to enhance data integrity and trust.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain QLIK dashboards, data models, and deliver reports as scheduled.
  2. Manage daily reporting needs, guide decision-making, and lead discussions.
  3. Translate business requirements into system specifications in collaboration with IT, following an agile approach.
  4. Support application functionality and ensure compliance with data governance standards.
  5. Handle requests for new reports and execute testing for system improvements.
  6. Collaborate to streamline reporting tools for decision-making.
  7. Possess knowledge of pharmaceutical clinical drug development, managing relationships, and cross-functional collaboration.
  8. Oversee quality review processes to ensure report accuracy and standards compliance.
  9. Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, including with external vendors.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 4-6 years in pharma or management consulting, with 2+ years in drug development.
  • Experience with enterprise data warehousing and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, QLIK, Tableau, Python).
  • Knowledge of clinical drug development processes and systems (e.g., CTMS, SAP, IRT/RAVE).
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders, define requirements, and prioritize multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3-5 years project management experience in a global, multicultural setting.
  • Understanding of financial and resource planning systems.
