Role Overview

To attend, handle and assist all customer enquiries coming through various customer service channels on loan related matters including loan retention and assist in making outbound calls when required.

Responsibilities
  • Review customer's existing loan package and advice accordingly on the various option available.
  • To protect loan portfolio by managing customer expectations on loan repricing package offered.
  • To respond and follow up on customers' request promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure comprehensive knowledge of the bank's product and services available from time to time.
  • To achieve referral targets set by business.
  • To cover Team Manager's duties in their absence and coaching to new staff.
Please note this role will be based at DBS Asia Hub, located at Changi Business Park.

Requirements
  • At least a diploma or degree.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service and knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ownership of result.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Sound knowledge of loan products and loan computation.
  • Sound knowledge of regulatory compliance, legal and insurance aspects of mortgage loan.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft excel and word programmes.
