Job summary

Anixter Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Analyst - Purchasing and Inventory to act as liaison with vendors, measure quality metrics, and implement inventory controls to optimize service levels across the supply chain.

You will monitor stock levels, maintain letters of intent, expedite deliveries, resolve receiving and invoicing issues, place orders, and collaborate with customer service and sales to improve lead times and pricing. This role emphasizes teamwork and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Business Related Field required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business Related Field preferred.
• 2 years required, 3 years preferred of relevant experience.
• 3 years required, 5 years preferred of expediting experience.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask & work with several different departments.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities
