Reporting to the Software Development Senior Manager (Customer Applications), the candidate will be part of the in-house software development team, primarily providing user support and liaison.
Responsibilities
Provide daily operational support and user liaison
Review logs, identify issues and perform troubleshooting
Perform basic development, testing, enhancement and maintenance of in-house developed application softwareC
Reproduce reported problem, conduct root cause analysis, and collaborate with developer team for resolution
Track and manage application issues through a ticketing system, ensuring timely escalation when necessary
Assist in system configuration setup and changes
Stay up to date with latest relevant technologies
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in software development and/or user support environment.
Understanding of Java, Servlet, SQL, HTML, JSP, JavaScript, CSS, HTTP Protocol.
Proficient in English and Chinese – as required to liaise with mandarin speaking counterparts.
