Job summary

QUESS SINGAPORE in Singapore seeks a skilled Mainframe z/OS System Programmer/Administrator to manage z/OS, CICS, MQ, and related hardware and software. You will ensure high availability, performance, and security of the mainframe environment.

Responsibilities include shaping Host Platform strategy, leading infrastructure initiatives, designing and deploying solutions, providing L3 support, and managing upkeep/change schedules with risk and audit considerations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 6 years' relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.

• Provide Host Platform infrastructure initiatives project management
• Design, install, configure and deploy host infrastructure and solution
• Provide Host Platform project and L3 support

• Manage risks and controls, provide audit support, perform RCSA for Host Platform
• Mainframe zOS system programming for zSeries hardware and software
• Monitor and maintain Mainframe CICS/MQ environments and storage/tape systems

Mainframe zOS system programmer / administrator for

• Mainframe CICS and MQ
• Mainframe zSeries hardware
• Mainframe zOS operating system
• Mainframe IBM and 3rd Party Vendor System Software
• Mainframe storage area network
• Mainframe attached disk storage system
• Mainframe attached tape storage system

Role and Responsibility includes
