Analyst Programmer

Overview

Symphony Digital Assets serves as the innovation platform to Phillip Securities Pte Ltd, under the global PhillipCapital family. As the name suggests, we are the pioneers and are also the frontier of the company’s mission for digital transformation from traditional finance to a FinTech firm. Some of the ongoing projects include the tokenisation of securities and real-world assets (RWA), and the exploration of use cases and designing of solutions that incorporate various blockchains.

Description

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing web components and APIs to enhance the functionality and integration capabilities of a web3 platform. This role demands a mix of technical knowledge and collaborative skills to work effectively across different technological layers and teams.

Responsibilities

1. Take full ownership and work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams, UI designers, and product managers.
2. Design and architect technical solutions for the product and platform.
3. Create scalable and secure applications.
4. Build RESTful APIs for internal systems and external clients.
5. Stay on the leading edge of technical know-how, industry trends and drive technical innovations.

Requirements

1. Proficient in TypeScript or JavaScript with experience working in distributed environment.
2. Familiarity with SQL databases like PostgreSQL and familiarity with ORM.
3. Experience with server-side frameworks such as NestJS.
4. An eye for system architecture and design.
5. Great communication and coordination skills.

It’s great if you have one or more of the following:

1. Web3 libraries like ethers.js and Web3.js.
2. Smart Contracts like ERC20, Proxy and Upgradeability.
3. Cloud services like RDS, RabbitMQ, API Gateway and DynamoDB.
4. CI/CD like Git, Docker and Kubernetes.
