We are seeking a self-motivated Performance Measurement Analyst to join the Performance Measurement Group. In this role, you will support the delivery of investment performance, benchmarking, portfolio analytics, and reporting information used across client servicing, fundraising, marketing, and investment activities. You will work closely with Investor Relations, Client Service, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Portfolio Operations, and other stakeholders to provide accurate and timely performance information in support of the firm's global private markets platform.
The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the continued growth and operational independence of HarbourVest's APAC platform while partnering closely with global colleagues across the U.S. and Europe.
This role follows a hybrid work model which consists of 4 days in office per week. Additionally, you will receive 5 additional remote days per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related area required
Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and/or Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM) is a plus
2+ years of relevant experience in investment performance and/or investment operations, ideally in private markets
