Job description

What The Role Is

You are responsible for integrating, maintaining and enhancing Performance Management (PM) databases. You drive data-driven decision making through conducting meaningful analytics and implementing process improvements to support talent development and performance evaluation across the organisation.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Manage and enhance databases to enable efficient data extraction and analysis
  • Conduct trend analysis of performance and potential related measurements to provide actionable insights
  • Oversee electronic Performance Management Report (ePMR) system improvements for better user experience, address system queries and support HR information system development
  • Coordinate with Public Service Division on data flow optimisation and eADP form enhancements
  • Introduce and implement relevant automation tools to improve current processes
  • Manage the enhancement of ranking, promotion and appraisal processes while refining policies and frameworks

What We Are Looking For

  • Education in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Information Systems or a related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR systems, data management and analytics is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, automation technologies and HR information systems
