A leading company is seeking an individual to manage national outreach initiatives and survey operations. The role involves engaging with the public, designing surveys, and analyzing data to guide organizational strategies. This position offers exposure across multiple functional areas and the opportunity to enhance communication and data interpretation skills.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Client & Public Engagement
Engage with members of the public through phone and face-to-face conversations to gather feedback and insights. Deliver a smooth, respectful experience that encourages participation and trust.
Engagement Strategy & Participation Growth
Brainstorm and roll out new initiatives to boost online engagement, reduce reliance on face-to-face outreach, and drive stronger response rates.
Survey Design Support
Assist in designing user-friendly surveys and feedback tools that are aligned with organizational needs and resonate with diverse audiences.
Audience Targeting & Outreach Planning
Apply thoughtful outreach strategies that strike a balance between accuracy, representation, and reducing survey fatigue.
Data Accuracy & Response Validation
Use analytics tools to assess data quality, fill gaps, and spot patterns that can improve future outreach efforts.
Insights & Reporting
Translate data into meaningful insights and present them using visualization tools to guide internal teams and external stakeholders.
Awareness & Education
Help shape and implement strategies to promote the organization’s research efforts, making insights accessible, useful, and widely understood.
