Who You’ll Work With

The role of Analyst, Origin Operations will work cross-functionally through various key initiatives focused on flow optimization in origin operations and collaborates closely with Nike Flow Optimization, Nike Geographies, and externally with Nike’s nominated logistics service providers. This role will report to the Director, Origin Operations.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for an Analyst, Origin Operations based in Singapore. In this role, you will possess strong skills in the following areas:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in Supply Chain and Logistics with experience in origin operations and/or project management preferred.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain flow and its decision points.
• Strong data analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power Query, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and listen across different stakeholder levels. A high teamwork mindset is essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including leading solution identification, guiding others to solve problems, and adopting best practices.

What You’ll Work On

In this role, you will be part of the Origin Operations team, responsible for developing and maintaining a flexible and resilient origin operating model. This model will be driven by standardized processes and technology, co-partnering with internal stakeholders and external logistics service providers to ensure efficient product flow from origins to destinations.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

• Leading project planning and transition activities, supporting leads to drive progress across workstreams, including implementation with stakeholders on key origin initiatives or network changes.
• Creating implementation blueprints, managing progress, tracking milestones, and reporting status to Nike stakeholders.
• Supporting origin network studies and related RFP/RFQ processes.
• Supporting data visualization efforts in areas such as origin operations performance, historical trends, and reporting standardization to enable proactive management across all origins with Nike’s nominated logistics providers.
