We work with senior executives of our clients on shareholder value, inorganic growth, and portfolio rationalization by offering financial, M&A, and debt & equity advice. Use deep analytics and AI to align deal strategy with corporate goals, maximize benefits, and support integrations, separations, and transformation.

The Corporate Finance team provides independent financial, M&A, and debt/equity advice for clients looking to expand organically or via strategic acquisitions, realize value through the sale of a business, a subsidiary, or a shareholding, raise new finance, review debt facilities or improve balance sheet funding efficiencies. The team has extensive experience, global reach, cross-functional capabilities and combination of client service and middle market focus – to support a range of clients including corporates, private equity, financial investors and governments to private companies, family-owned businesses, and entrepreneurs, with a view to realise strategic objectives, identify M&A opportunities, connect investors and sellers, navigate capital markets, and fundraise. Debt and capital specialists advise on refinancing, acquisition financing, and accessing new debt markets.

You will work alongside our clients to bring a rigorous, evidence based analytical capability to help them solve pressing and complex issues. This includes revealing insight and delivering value through pragmatic and actionable recommendations. • Assist in the development of marketing materials such as investment teaser and information memorandum.
  • Assist in preparation of detailed financial models for various transactions such as financing, acquisitions, and valuation.
  • Communicate effectively with engagement management, ensuring clear and concise delivery of information.
  • Prepare and manage engagement internal documentation including project setup, organisation, client acceptance procedures, and ongoing engagement files and working papers.
  • Participate in practice development activities, including attending training programs.
  • Participate in client management meetings and assist in preparing client presentations.
  • Continuously develop expertise within your specialization.
  • Support business development activities including preparation of proposals, pitch decks, and target lists.
