Business Function

Group Operations enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, people capability and innovation. In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank’s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure day to day loan transactions are promptly & accurately processed and authorized within stipulated Service Level Agreement including handing of enquiries from Business Units.
2. Ensure all loan transactions and tasks assigned are carried out in accordance with the operating and compliance procedures.
3. Work closely within/across teams, Business Units and other stakeholders on the daily transactions.
4. Support Team Manager on projects/initiatives and engage the team on process improvements to achieve KPIs.
5. Maintain updated Standard Operating Procedures.
6. Timely escalation of operational risks incidents.
7. Participate in ad-hoc projects (including UAT/LVs) and ensure that the assigned tasks are completed within stipulated time frame.

Requirements

1. Degree holder from a recognized University with minimum 2 years or above in loan operations with system knowledge in Finacle is an advantage.
2. Meticulous with an eye for details and having strong operational risk management & problem-solving skills.
3. Good working attitude and positive mindset to change, constantly looking for better ways of doing things and challenging status quo.
4. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
