Tetra Pak Global Information Management (Global IM) supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management. We set the information management strategy and standards and work together with Tetra Pak’s Global Process Owners to automate our business processes making sure we run projects & services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its customers. Global IM has approx. 750 employees in four main sites: Chakan in India, Lund in Sweden, Denton in the USA and in Singapore.

Tetra Pak Global Information Management is currently seeking for a driven young professional who is able to demonstrate competence on manufacturing industry and a business acumen on the shopfloor processes to join the “business-IT” Supply Chain Management (SCM) Projects and Service Delivery Team (SDT). Team members work as a pool of resources with assignments to SCM related projects, GAPs (small developments) and service support activities as driven by demands from the business.

What you will do

As an Analyst II, you will:

  • Main roles: Service team member and/or project team member
  • Other roles as needed by the organization

As an individual contributor in the team, you will be expected to work with minimal supervision, and will be expected to contribute with design and ideas. You will be expected to lead various small work teams, e.g. gap lead, application specialist (application lead), test lead, etc. As needed, you may be required to be a backup / assistant Subject Matter Expert (SME), to assist the Solution Architect and/or Service Architect. In this assistant SME role, you will be expected to co-lead/lead discussions with the business and/or technical team members, and provide needed solutioning and guidance.

We believe you have
  • University Degree or Diploma from business, engineering, or computer science.
  • Primarily with experience working on IBP Supply Integration with connecting systems like SAP ECC, S4 HANA, BW etc.
  • Experience in IBP Supply Configuration especially on S&OP processes (Finite heuristics, Optimizer), Lot Sizing and Safety stock planning functionalities.
  • Experience coordinating with multiple parties (e.g. ECC, S4 Designer, IBP Designer, CIDS, AD Developer, BW, Business, etc.) on implementing and supporting multiple interfaces with IBP Demand. Not a silo worker who does not understand the importance of planning ahead and dependencies on working with other team members.
  • Dynamic individual who can creatively think of alternative workarounds when facing major roadblocks.
  • SAP IBP experience in implementation, setting up the entire flow of production planning for Make-to-stock/Make-to-Order strategy.
  • Hands-on configuration and implementation experience primarily in IBP Supply Module and other modules such as:
    • Demand Planning
    • Inventory Planning & Optimization
  • Experience in setting up or configuring the entire flow from Demand Planning to supply planning and S&OP.
  • Knowledge in Product Modelling, MRP in packaging solution businesses.
  • Good understanding of APO and PP integration flow to with other SAP modules.
  • Documents proof of concept system set ups together with SMEs.
  • Documents issues found and solutions made.
  • Provides support to business in each phase acting as back up to GIM SMEs.
  • Capture requirements from business stakeholders.
  • Learns the IT toolbox and objects at Tetra Pak.
  • Able to work in fast pace, demanding and agile environment.
  • Implementation experience and understanding of Configure to order and/or Engineer to order process and ECC Solution in Tetra Pak is an advantage.
  • Modelling on ETO environment is a plus.
  • Focused and analytical person who always takes accountability / responsibility for your assigned tasks.
  • Passionate, Creative and customer & service minded.
  • A team player who is also able to work independently on problems & issues with minimal supervision.
  • Result-oriented and strong work ethic & integrity.
  • Have good awareness and appreciation of social and cultural differences. Able to interact well in a global / virtual team – requires integration with colleagues, users and business partners all around the world.
  • Be able to work under pressure and manage various tasks, stressful situations confidently & effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing (English).
  • Exhibit leadership qualities.
