A global asset management firm in Singapore is seeking an HRIS Analyst to enhance operational efficiencies within their HR department. This role involves guiding customer groups and managing projects with a focus on Workday configurations. The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant experience, with minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday experience, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Job description

Job Title: Analyst, HRIS at Brookfield Asset Management Inc.

As an Analyst, HRIS, you will support and enhance operational efficiencies within the Human Resources department. Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Serving as a thought partner for customer groups, providing guidance on business requirements, data presentation, and decision-making processes.
  2. Leading functional projects as an expert in Human Capital Management (HCM), showcasing your HR process knowledge.
  3. Configuring areas within Workday such as Recruiting, Benefits, Absence and Time Off, or other domains.
  4. Managing operational tickets and issues, and documenting configuration changes and new functionalities in Workday.

Qualifications include:

  1. Possessing a Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  2. At least 3 years of hands-on experience with HCM in Workday.
  3. Ability to thrive in both structured and unstructured environments, managing priorities effectively.
  4. Excellent communication, organizational, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
  6. A collaborative, customer service-oriented approach and the ability to work in a global team setting.
