We are seeking aAnalyst,CPF Support to support logistics operations in the Singapore market. In this role, you will report to the Specialist, Rider Loyalty, and focus on monitoring rider-related data while assisting with the rider CPF rollout project.

Contract Duration:6 Months

Responsibilities:

• Generate and refine data queries based on rider-related data, ensuring high levels of accuracy and reliability
• Continuously monitor rider data to identify discrepancies and proactively detect potential fraudulent activities
• Collaborate with the logistics team to support the CPF rollout project, ensuring that rider payments are processed accurately and efficiently while helping streamline operational processes
• Analyze trends in rider CPF contributions, investigate fluctuations, and flag potential issues to the team
• Provide support for other ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
