Purpose of role
Seeking a dynamic and strategic corporate comms executive to drive internal engagement and community outreach initiatives. This role is responsible for fostering a strong corporate culture, enhancing internal comms and managing the region’s CSR and social contributions programs to strengthen our organisation’s brand and community impact.
Job Responsibilities:
Internal and employee brand engagement: Develop and implement internal comms strategies to align them with the MUFG Way / EVP and achieve BUs comms and business goals. Create compelling narratives and partner regional comms colleagues to further entrench the corporate culture and purpose across the region. Also provide editorial support to the team on News Bites, media monitoring and curating stories for internal channels such as PRISM. Also provide event logistical support.
To effectively manage the POA-CC’s budget for any communications platforms and tools.
To take the lead coordinator and initiator role for APAC’s CSR & social contributions budget programs. Liaise with head office and the regional offices to manage their CSR / community outreach efforts and proactively help raise the profile and participation rate for the bank’s social and community efforts.
Be able to work with colleagues within the team as well as in regional offices and support their internal and community outreach efforts.
