Job Description

You will be supporting the Central Compliance team on a wide range of compliance matters. You will be expected to work closely with local/regional colleagues from Compliance and various departments in the implementation of internal policies and controls to address or mitigate any compliance risks that the company may face in its businesses and operations.
Responsibilities
Be well-versed in internal Compliance Policies and Procedures, providing guidance to internal stakeholders on matters relating to Compliance Policies and Procedures, including but not limited to Gifts and Entertainment, Personal Account Dealing, Information Barrier, Outside Business Activities.
Review applications made under Compliance Policies, such as Personal Account Dealing request, Gifts and Entertainment requests (including relevant screenings) and maintenance of Compliance registers.
Assist in the tracking of training completion and maintenance of employee training records for mandatory Compliance e-learning.
Assist with the review of Compliance Policies and Procedures.
Conduct Compliance induction training for new hires.
Prepare and coordinate submission of reports to Head Office.
Perform Compliance Review in accordance with Compliance Review Program.
Assist with Control Room matters, including management of conflict of interest, information barrier, wall-crossing.
Assist and support other Central Compliance team members and administrative matters where required.
Role Prerequisites
1 – 2 years’ work experience in a Compliance / Audit function.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications.
Detail-oriented and self-starter.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Good communication skills with the ability to positively influence others.
High degree of judgement and good problem-solving skills.
