About the Role

You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate issuance of Group Insurance Bills and Policy contracts to support Corporate Solutions’ goals and vision.

  • Review, issue, and deliver Group Insurance policy contracts, endorsements, and bills.
  • Manage assigned portfolios and support projects efficiently.
  • Track and monitor new business and policy renewals, working closely with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Set up and review new business policies in the core system.
  • Ensure high billing accuracy through due diligence checks.
  • Prepare reports for brokers and direct clients.
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, including User Acceptance Testing.
  • Ensure service level commitments are met.
  • Maintain awareness of regulatory compliance risks.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, agents, brokers, and colleagues.
  • Respond promptly to email inquiries.
  • Perform other assigned projects.
